 Purpose

It is suitable to coal mine well with explosive gas containing methane. Mainly used to control the soft start, soft stop, pump control, impulse start ,side way start of large equipment of rated voltage 6KV(3.3KV),rated current75A,150A,250A,300A,400A,frequency 50Hz and triphase asynchronous motor with special request, heavy loading or working environment hard. The product is the high-tech item with assembling hi-voltage vacuum electromagnetic starter, technology of all digital microcomputer speed adjusting and fibre-optical isolation technology. With the special “S” type curve ,the product has the merits of starting current small, starting speed balance and adjustable, starting performance stable and reliable and impact on grid and  equipment few. It is the ideal replacement of traditional direct starter ,triangular starter, reactor starter , auto voltage reducing starter and double speed starter.

Meanwhile ,it is widely used in petroleum , metallurgy, surface mine, wharf, coal preparation plant, power generation plant to control the soft start and soft stop of large heavy loading machinery including other hard places.

1)The core of the soft starter adopted the original imported IP00 host used by Israel   company SOLCON to produce HRVS-DN, its performance stable and reliable, quality superior;

2)The controlling core is composed of 32bit microcomputer control processor ,the friendly LED display is easy to operate and set;

3) Adopting the international advanced semiconductor all shielding and isolation technology to improve the performance of anti-interference;

4) With patented wireless voltage measurement system technology, advanced electrical voltage mutual inductor, the reliability and the safety is improved;

5)With patented unique fiber trigger system technology, the high-low voltage is absolutely     isolated;

6)With innovated low voltage testing function, user can carry the soft starting testing by 400V;

7)With special function of thyristor fault self-diagnosis ,it can recognize every thyristor;

8)With special pump-control curve option, it is suitable to kinds of working environments ;

9)Adopting special soft starting device and intelligent side by pass double protection;    

10)with the protective functions of over load, short circuit, current leakage ,low voltage, over voltage, low current, triphase current imbalance ,loss phase ,phase sequence, over heat ,insulation monitoring, parameter wrong, connection wrong metallurgy short circuit; 

11) with the monitoring of voltage, current, power, power factor;

12)with standard RS485 communication interface, configured in RS485 mining power monitoring system to achieve remote survey, remote control ,remote signal and remote adjustment, lastly achieve
